Believing in a human will independent ‘essence’ for technology, will have far reaching implications for a thinker’s whole reflections on technology. Heidegger belongs to the camp of philosophers (so called ‘essentialists’) that believe in a such essence Until achieving to the ultimate aim of his thinking about technology-getting rid of Gestell-Heidegger continues to emphasize on this essence. In this essay I at first will try to correspond the reasons that Heidegger holds in favor of attaining a essence by technology with medical technology. Then I will discuss those critical standpoints with which Heidegger’s view could be confronted them.

Cognition situation and knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of the indicators being the first step in urban and regional planning. The research aimed of the province in the enjoyment of structural indicators of health-therapy is done to check the status of descriptive indicators of health in the city of Isfahan in 1393's. The required data on three groups of indicators institutional, human resources and rural health have been collected. Weighted indicators using the AHP method and then using techniques were Prometea city level and the mapping was conducted by the Arc GIS software. A total the overall deprivation at the provincial level ruler terms of health indicators. The city of Nain and ARDESTAN according to the population (per capita indicators) rank 1 and 2, with the highest rating and the city of Khomeini Shahr city and also in terms of population living in these areas with rank 22 and 23, the lowest benefit from structural indicators, respectively health. Among the indices, highest rate of institutional indicators and the lowest, the rural health indicators recommended Bvd. lza Ajragrdd planning and policies tailored to these areas.

The changes caused by the rapid growth of urbanization have faced cities, especially metropolises, with serious economic, social, environmental and infrastructural challenges and issues. In this regard, the City Prosperity Index has been proposed as a broad conceptual framework for measuring development and human and social welfare, in relation to the quantity and quality of urbanization. In this research, with a descriptive analytical approach and with the aim of measuring and evaluating the condition of infrastructure and the factors affecting it in the four regions of Ardabil, the effects of this index on improving the City prosperity index have been investigated. To achieve the research goal, 28 sub-criteria have been used. The information and data required in this research have been collected using library resources, statistics of 2016 and also referring to relevant institutions and organizations. For analysis, the data were standardized and the network analysis process (ANP) was used to weight each of the indicators. Then, using R statistical software and Prometheus multi-indicator decision-making method for City prosperity, each of the four districts of Ardabil was scored. The results show that districts 1 and 2 of Ardabil city are in a relatively weak condition in terms of having an City prosperity index based on the infrastructure component and districts 3 and 4 are in a weak condition and due to the concentration of facilities in the central districts of the city, City prosperity is reduced from the city center to the suburbs in all four areas. Also, the ranking of regions shows that regions one and four, with a score of 52. 39 and 48. 64, respectively, have the highest and lowest City prosperity in terms of infrastructure.

Rapid urban growth and unbalanced development, and consequently the increase in urban population on the one hand, and the complexity of urban issues on the other, have posed serious challenges to cities. In this regard, the model of City prosperity proposes a new approach to urban prosperity and sustainability and seeks a fundamental solution to improve the quality of life. In this research, with an analytical-descriptive approach and with the aim of measuring and comparing the quality of life and the factors affecting it in different areas of Ardabil, the effects of this index in improving the City prosperity index have been investigated. 18 sub-criteria have been used to achieve the research goal. For analysis, the data were standardized and the network analysis process (ANP) was used to weight each of the indicators. Then, using the Prometheus model, City prosperity is scored for each of the four districts of Ardabil. The results show that districts 1 and 2 of Ardabil city are in a relatively poor condition in terms of quality of life based on the quality of life component and districts 3 and 4 are in a poor condition. Also, the ranking of regions shows that region one and region four, with a score of 50. 69 and 49. 16, respectively, have the highest and lowest rates of City prosperity index based on the quality of life component.

Plant development can be defined as a programmed qualitative change in plant form, which leads plant to maturity, and researchers call it as phasic development or phenology. Recognizing the timing of occurring each development stage is necessary for managing system in order to yield increment. The timing of occurring development stages depend on climate, genotype specifications and sowing date then determination of these times in different regions is difficult and it is only possible through the using of crop simulation models which can predict the timing of occurrence each development stage by integrating effective factors. The model was constructed based on linear equation of plant temperature response. In order to model evaluation two experiments were carried out in agricultural and natural resources research center of Khuzistan in 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 cropping years. Wheat development stages were determined based on Kirby and Appleyard’s scale by stereoscopic microscope and required GDD for each development stage as well. The constructed model was calibrated and run for simulation. Comparison of simulated and observed data showed that the model can strongly predict wheat development stages.

Nowadays, in the main centers of the city, the security index has been given a lot of attention as an effective factor in vitality and nightlife; But some urban spaces with tourism potential have received less attention. The present research has a developmental-applied nature and the research method is a combination of correlation and survey, and the data collection method is based on library methods, personal observations, and field survey. Data analysis has been done with Grapher software, Geographical Information System, Visio, Excel, View, AutoCAD, and the Prometheus model. Also, the research aims to investigate the role of urban night space in the crime of Abadan city. This goal has been studied in 3 social, physical, and visual dimensions. The results of the research show that none of the existing criteria is in the ideal condition because none of the final rankings are close to one. The closest statistic to one is 0.31 away from the number one. According to the evaluations, the guard kiosk and official supervision are of higher importance in the eyes of individuals. In Arvand coastline, due to the low physical quality, disconnection of physical connection and contrast and continuity of the environment, poor accessibility, rigid and silent walls, there is a decrease in attendance, especially at night, which has reduced the security of this urban space of Abadan.
